Lead times
US orders arrive in 7–14 business days; framed orders in 14–21. Project timelines are paced to your dates. We ship to US addresses. Outside the US? Contact us for a delivered quote — duties and import taxes included, so nothing is due on arrival.
Minimums
None to buy from the shop. Hospitality projects start at $25,000 and corporate projects at $50,000; smaller orders are served through the Trade program.
Payment terms
Card, ACH or wire at order. Trade Pro members can have Net 30 on orders of $1,500 or more after a 90-day clean ramp. Trade Partner members can have Net 60 on orders of $2,500 or more. Projects are paid 50% on signing, 25% on production approval and 25% on delivery and acceptance.
Contracts
Projects run under a master services agreement, with a statement of work for each project.
Ownership & rights
You own the artworks you buy. Artists keep the copyright; displaying the work in your space is covered.
Returns
Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced first — tell us within 7 days of delivery. Studio and Collector works ordered as Museum-Quality Print only can be swapped, or returned for store credit, within 30 days. Trade and project orders follow your agreement and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Trade pricing
Trade Standard 10% from your first order once approved; Trade Pro 15% from $10,000 in 12 months; Trade Partner 20% from $45,000. Discounts apply to artworks in size M and up — never to small (S) artworks, framing or shipping.
