Studio and Collector works are non-exclusive: just don't sell an identical edition — same work, size and edition — for less elsewhere. Limited Editions are exclusive to Raknida, agreed with you work by work.

Do you accept AI-assisted or digital work?
Yes, in Studio, Collector and Limited Editions, always declared. Signature is made without generative AI.

Profit share
Profit share
Artists earn a 55% profit share on every sale of your work. The base is the price paid, less production, a 3.5% transaction allowance, the $1 Cultural Passport, any certificate cost and an 8% operations allowance. Shipping, framing and duties sit outside it: no share, no cost to the artist. Trade and promotional discounts are shared 55/45.

Paid on the 15th for the previous month's cleared sales (payment settled, 7-day damage window closed), by PayPal or bank transfer. Minimum $50; smaller balances roll over.

Intellectual property
Intellectual property
You keep full copyright. You grant Raknida a licence to make and sell fine art prints of your work, adapted to our standard sizes without cropping. It is non-exclusive for Studio and Collector works, and exclusive for any work you agree to release as a Limited Edition. Raknida never owns your artwork.

Withdrawal and changes
Withdrawal and changes
Withdraw any single work on 30 days' notice; orders placed and sold numbers are honoured. Commercial terms change only on 60 days' written notice, going forward.

Good faith
Good faith
We may remove work that misstates its origins or method, or infringes someone else's rights. Artists credit their sources honestly.
