Every Raknida artwork is produced to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your artwork is printed, finished and checked specifically for you, so delivery time reflects production plus transit.

How your artwork is made
Every Raknida artwork is made to order by our fine-art print partner on museum-grade cotton paper with archival pigment inks, then checked before it ships.
Production time
Production is included in the delivery windows below. Framed orders take longer: 14–21 business days in the US.
Shipping within the United States
US shipping is charged at checkout by order value, which follows the size of the artwork.

Free US shipping
US orders of $150 or more ship free, so every XL, Collector and Limited Edition order ships free.
International orders
We ship to US addresses. Outside the US? Contact us for a delivered quote — duties and import taxes included, so nothing is due on arrival.

Duties and import taxes
On international orders, the buyer pays duties and import taxes. They are priced into your delivered quote before you pay, so nothing is due on arrival. We don't reimburse duties after delivery.
Customs processing can delay delivery. Those delays are outside our control and aren't included in the estimates below.
Delivery estimates
- United States — 7–14 business days for unframed works, 14–21 for framed orders.
- International (delivered quote) — 12–24 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Estimates run from the date your order is confirmed and exclude weekends and public holidays. They are typical windows, not guarantees.
Tracking and split shipments
A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves production. No carrier scan for five business days? Email hello@raknida.com and we will open a trace.
Orders with more than one artwork
Artworks in one order may arrive as separate parcels on different days. Each carries its own tracking, and a split shipment never costs you extra.
Damage and risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you give us. If an artwork arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of carrier-confirmed delivery. We replace it free under our Replacement Policy, and you deal with us, not the carrier.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We ship to street addresses. We can change an address only before your order enters production, in practice within 24 hours of ordering.
If an order comes back to us as undeliverable, we refund it in full, less the original shipping.
Changes and cancellations
Every artwork is made to order, so changes and cancellations are possible until your order enters production — in practice, within 24 hours of ordering. We always confirm by email before production begins. Once production has started, our Replacement Policy governs.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect
This policy covers getting your artwork to you. What happens if it arrives damaged, defective or not as described is covered by our Replacement Policy — including the window for reporting an issue.

- Trade-tier buyers purchasing from the catalogue at trade pricing ship under this policy.
- Hospitality and corporate engagements — commissioned programs, multi-room installations and multi-site rollouts — are not covered here.
Delivery, freight, crating, installation, insurance and timelines for hospitality and corporate projects are set in the project's Master Services Agreement. The free-shipping threshold above does not apply to project orders.
