What you get

Four things on every project, more on request.

  • Curated and documented

Every work is curated for the workplace and comes with a Cultural Passport: the tradition, the artist's voice and the curatorial context.

  • Named artists, direct relationships

Artists working in living cultural traditions, today mostly Nigerian, Ghanaian, Ugandan and African Diaspora, each named on the work with the tradition they declare.

  • Multi-site capability

One Master Services Agreement, a Statement of Work per site and staged production, with installation coordinated with your team at every location.

  • Artist economics you can audit

55% profit share to artists, documented per project. For procurement teams that review supply-chain economics, the numbers are available on request.

On request

  • Art rotation

Works refreshed on a set schedule, so your walls stay current, with the option to buy any piece you want to keep.

  • Murals and wallcoverings

Artists' works licensed as murals, wallcoverings and glass graphics, produced for your spaces. Each artist approves how their work is adapted.

  3. Agreement and delivery

A standard Master Services Agreement, with a Statement of Work per site. Production, delivery, coordinated installation and final acceptance follow.

Questions

What documentation comes with each project?

A Cultural Passport for every work, artist biographies, and the Master Services Agreement with a Statement of Work per site. Collector works add a digital certificate of authenticity; Limited and Signature works a signed one.

Can you work with our art consultant?

Yes. The consultant usually owns curation and project management; we provide named-artist sourcing, archival production, Cultural Passports and coordinated installation.

Can a program span several offices?

Yes. One MSA covers every office, with a Statement of Work per site and staged production for coordinated installs.

Why a 50% deposit?

It secures production capacity and the artists' commitment to your dates. The balance is paid in two milestones, each after your written approval.

What if a work arrives damaged?

Every work is checked with your team at delivery and acceptance. Anything damaged in transit is replaced under the project's Master Services Agreement.
